Dustin Janes

Dustin has extensive experience advising clients on the use of partnerships and limited liability companies in a range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border restructurings and joint ventures. In addition to his experience in partnership taxation, Dustin is a subject matter specialist on entity classification matters, including late election relief.

Dustin earned a BA in Religion and African-American studies from Hope College and a JD from University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
