Grace assists clients with tax risk management, planning, and compliance by advising on domestic and international compensation, employee benefits, rewards, and cross-border issues, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
She specializes in executive compensation arrangements, equity-based compensation plans, qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, income tax accounting for employee benefits and share-based payments, and health and welfare plans, and funding arrangements. She is also a member of the Deloitte Tax Cryptocurrency Working Group.
Grace is a frequent contributor to the Deloitte Tax flashes and alerts. She regularly speaks at events hosted by Deloitte and around the country, such as the annual Institute on Federal Taxation at New York University and programs hosted by Practising Law Institute. She serves as a member of the policy board of directors of the American Benefits Council.
She has a BS in finance from the University of North Georgia, and a MST from Georgia State University.
