Holly Swisher

Holly has more than 20 years of state and local tax experience specializing in the property tax area. Holly joined Deloitte Tax LLP in 1998 as part of the Property Tax Services group. Holly’s property tax consulting career has featured leadership positions with Deloitte, Thomson Reuters, Ryan, and Clarus Partners.

Holly has worked across many different industries. Her clients have been companies with national portfolios in manufacturing, real estate, health care, retail, and rental. She has assisted clients with numerous property tax matters, from valuation analysis to assisting with incentives for new investment, to implementing new compliance software. A few of her property tax areas of focus are valuation and appeals, budget support, audit defense, and personal property tax compliance.

Holly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in finance from The Ohio State University. She is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), and the Appraisal Institute.
