Jamie Gross

Jamie is a managing director in the Global Employer Services practice of Deloitte Tax LLP. She has more than 16 years of experience in compensation and benefits focusing on the design, and implementation of qualified, nonqualified plans, and health and welfare plans. Jamie specializes in employee benefits regulatory compliance. She assists clients in understanding the reporting requirements under the Affordable Care Act with a focus on preparation of Forms 1094-B, 1095- B, 1094-C, and 1095-C. Jamie also leads the Form 5500 practice out of the New York office. She also assists clients with health and welfare plan design, implementation, and compliance with a focus on HIPAA privacy regulations, DOL claims procedure regulations, and summary plan description regulations. Jamie received her J.D. from New England School of Law and her LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
