James Siciliano

James Siciliano is a Managing Director and US Fintech Leader in Deloitte's Risk and Financial Advisory practice. His consulting career over the past decade has focused on financial services regulatory compliance and operational risk management. Prior to his role in consulting, James served as a federal banking regulator with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). He is a trusted advisor in the areas of consumer & retail banking, commercial banking, and investment management. In addition, James is an adjunct professor at Arizona State University (ASU) Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law, where he teaches Financial Industry Compliance. He is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS). James frequently publishes POVs and articles in the WSJ Risk & Compliance journal on compliance and regulatory risk related matters.
