Julie Wahrman

Julie is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Detroit office, leading growth in the Consumer and Energy Resources and Industrials industries. She has more than 30 years of experience serving on global public company engagements focused on the manufacturing, automotive, and consumer products industries. Julie is the audit partner in charge of the region encompassing Michigan, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Upstate New York. In this role, she oversees and advises engagement teams and coordinates regional operations, talent, and strategic initiatives. She has deep experience in SEC reporting matters, business combinations, complex financing arrangements, spin-offs, carve-outs, and financial instruments and hedge accounting. She holds a BS in Accounting from Michigan State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA in Michigan.
