Justin Johnson

Justin is a specialist leader in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Federal Human Capital practice. He brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to his role, having served most recently in the Office of the Director at the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), first as deputy chief of staff and then as the executive director of the Chief Human Capital Officers Council. While at OPM, he led efforts to modernize government policy and practices in areas such as workforce analytics, management of a mobile workforce, and alignment of employee and organizational performance.
