Matt, a CPA, is a Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory partner in Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP and has more than 20 years of experience in providing auditing, compliance, and forensic accounting services to businesses and law firms in a wide range of matters. He serves as one of Deloitte’s leaders on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Investigations and Compliance Consulting, M&A Due Diligence, and Corporate Compliance Assessments practices, and has spent most of his career consulting in these areas with some of the world’s largest companies.
