Oniel Cross

Oniel is a principal at Deloitte Consulting, LLP, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in technology and consulting. He specializes in infrastructure modernization, artificial intelligence, and application development. As the Offering Leader for Deloitte’s Government and Public Sector Core Technology Practice, Oniel is responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the practice.

In his role, Oniel focuses on leading operations for Emerging Infrastructure platforms. This includes Mission Autonomy (Drones, CAUs), Advanced Connectivity, and Transportation Modernization (Tolling, DMV Modernization, Transit Modernization and Analytics). He also oversees Operate (Data Center Modernization, Enterprise Monitoring, and Infrastructure Support) and Cloud Managed Services, providing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for client applications across the public sector.

Also, as the Offering Leader, Oniel is dedicated to driving growth and fostering collaboration. He stewards deals and strategy, defines services, identifies market opportunities, and is committed to delivering a consistent client experience across all the areas of his Core Technology operations portfolios.

Outside of work, Oniel is an avid fan of Formula 1 and the Liverpool Football Club. He is also an avid reader and is a devoted consumer of knowledge and continuous learner.
