Patty Salkin

Patty is a managing director with the Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory practice for Deloitte & Touche LLP. She has more than 25 years of experience that includes both private industry and professional services, with extensive experience specializing in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal audit risk advisory services. She has served many clients, including multi-national, in both an integrated audit and risk advisory capacity across a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, life sciences, professional services, and telecommunications.

Patty assists clients in addressing their top Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) areas of focus to drive client-vested outcomes and values including SOX modernization and optimization, SOX readiness, developing or assessing remediation plans in response to material weaknesses or investigations, the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission assessments, automation of manual controls, risk assessments, and impact of significant events and transactions on internal control over financial reporting.

Patty is a graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a certified public accountant in New York and New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
