Rebecca Hildebrand

Rebecca is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government & Public Services practice and a leader of Deloitte’s national Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)/Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) practice. She serves state Health and Human Services (HHS) clients in the areas of IT transformation, service delivery, case management, and subject matter expertise across various HHS program areas, including Medicaid waiver programs. Rebecca has led large HHS program system implementations in multiple states and is passionate about providing critical services to the LTSS population in a manner which promotes independence, improved health outcomes, and quality of life through ongoing community engagement.
