Tara Buffi

Tara Buffi sits on our National DEI Recruiting team as a senior experienced recruiting specialist in the Morristown office. She leads our recruiting efforts for people with disabilities and started and leads Deloitte’s Neurodiversity@Deloitte program since 2019. She recently was a recipient of 2023 Purpose MVP Award for her work advocating for neurodiversity. Buffi is a dedicated and committed leader for our People with Disabilities and Allies Community (PWD&A). Each day, she exemplifies and advocates for the equity of all employees.

Buffi is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a nursing degree and before starting at Deloitte in 2014 she was a labor and delivery nurse for 13 years. She loves to run and has completed several marathons, weight lifts and loves her Peloton. She is married and has 3 children and currently lives at the Jersey Shore in NJ.
