Thomas Zacharias

Thomas is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting's Government & Public Services practice with 30 years of experience implementing information systems, including 24 years dedicated to improving government organizations by leading technology modernization projects to improve operational efficiencies and customer service. His projects encompass regulatory compliance, data collection, human resources, benefit calculations, payment processing, and accounting. Thomas is experienced in custom development and package implementations. He has led PeopleSoft, SAP, FileNet, and Microsoft Dynamics implementations. In addition, he is currently the market offering lead for Deloitte's Pension Administration Solution (DPAS) and serves as the program director on the Florida Retirement Systems O&M project and most recently the State of West Virginia Consolidated Public Retirement Systems DPAS modernization project. He also regularly attends and presents at several state government conferences on a variety of technology related topics.
