Tom Kuffa

Tom is the managing director for the Customer & Marketing (C&M)offering portfolio in the US Delivery Center (USDC). He is responsible for driving the C&M strategy within the USDC including financial performance and operations, talent acquisition and deployment, and delivery of quality services. Tom is also the Government and Public Services (GPS) leader in the USDC and helps drive usage of the USDC for the 4 sectors, State Local and Higher Education, Defense Security & Justice, Federal Health, and Civil. Tom also leads the Veterans and Military & Allies community for the USDC.
