Deloitte Vietnam honored amongst best companies to work for in Asia
Deloitte Vietnam continues to be recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019” by HR Asia Magazine, one of Asia’s leading publications for HR professionals.
For the 2nd year, Deloitte Vietnam continues to receive the award “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019” – Vietnam Chapter, by HR Asia Magazine that is the Asia’s most authoritative publication for senior HR professionals. The official award ceremony was held on July 10, 2019 at GEM Center, Ho Chi Minh City.
Deloitte Vietnam is the only Big 4 Firm in Vietnam to receive the award which recognized the Firm’s great effort to create a working environment that grows Deloitte’s people and businesses, fosters professionalism, equality and well-being of all employees.
“Best Companies to Work for in Asia”, where best practices and inner workings of companies are investigated to understand what distinguishes them from the rest, is the only awards judged solely by employees based on Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM). The survey is specially designed to measure the employee engagement level of one company, thus aiding in the determination of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia.
