Ben Bernardo

Ben is a Senior Consultant, bringing over 12 years of experience in IT strategy, service delivery transformation, design, development and implementation, BPO, outsourcing, and shared services advisory, and relationship management in large, multi-year programs.

He has lead and supported technology-centric projects, ranging from enterprise strategy redesigns, BPO and operating model transformations, IoT strategy development, IoT deployment and implementation, RFP / vendor assessments and selection, SLA / KPI design and development, and outsourcing agreement structuring.

Ben also has strong experience in Human-Centered Design, and delivery for public sector and retail clients.
