Patrice Njoh

Patrice is a Partner in Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation Consulting Practice. She has 15 years of strategic consulting, change management and transformation experience and has led major, large-scale change efforts that have helped her clients meet their aggressive business improvement objectives. Patrice delivers excellence by understanding diverse business cultures and the people who inhabit them; she ties her clients’ purpose, particularly in financial services and the public sector, to their outcomes through technology-enabled transformation and high-performance culture shifts. Patrice thinks globally and acts holistically, shaped by her life experiences, including her successful stint in Deloitte Chile. As a leader, Patrice is very visible; she is a passionate advocate for belonging, diversity, and inclusion and acts as an advisor on key client DEI programs and co-leads Deloitte’s Black Action Council with CEO Anthony Viel. Patrice continuously builds Deloitte’s transformation brand; her Service & Experience Transformational Change community in Human Capital across Canada is very strong. She has written a number of white papers for the firm and actively helps leaders arrive at the best values-driven solutions. Patrice is a highly qualified execution executive with both PMP and PROSCI certifications.
