Shaunna is a marketing and customer experience focused leader helping clients with transformational technology programs. Shaunna's strong technology implementation background, coupled with her focus on strategy and people, helps organizations go beyond the technology to strategically influence and drive value for the business. Shaunna has extensive experience working with clients to develop their end-to-end customer experience and digital strategy by leveraging marketing, analytics and e-commerce technology.
Shaunna has worked with Canada’s top Financial Services and Telecommunications firms. Prior to joining Deloitte, Shaunna held a variety of senior roles at IBM Canada. Most recent, she was the Commerce and Marketing Business Unit Leader for Canada where she led the sales organization and channel strategy for IBM’s marketing, e-commerce and supply chain solutions. Prior to that, Shaunna was the senior executive responsible for Bell Canada, with responsibility for the P&L and the IT services outsourcing agreement. In that role, Shaunna led a matrix team in four geographies, including Canada and India.
