Tony is a Deloitte Digital Partner and the leader of Deloitte’s Americas Salesforce practice based out of Toronto, Canada. He is relied on as a subject matter expert for customer facing operational and implementation best practices across many industries in the public and private sectors. He has consulted to many clients on strategy development, process improvement and technology enabled transformation. Customer centric transformation has been a focus for much of his 20 year career at Deloitte with direct experience in Digital, Sales, Service and Marketing. These transformations often combine data across channels including contact centers, social media, delivery networks, mobile solutions and the web. Uniquely in our practice, he has also lead public sector transformations applying best practices to State and Local governments as well as agencies and regulators.
