Trent is the National Practice Leader for Deloitte’s Treasury Risk Advisory Practice with over 30 years of global industry and consulting roles. With experience across several industries, his passion is working with business leaders to enable, transform and more effectively manage their business through the successful utilization of technology. With business acumen in Corporate Treasury and Energy Trading/Commodity Marketing, Trent works with these executives on business and IT strategy, capability assessments, transformation roadmaps, business process and controls enablement, technology selection and implementation, business intelligence and M&A (due diligence/ post merge integration). With the drive to digitalization, Trent has more recently been focused on how these technologies (i.e. blockchain, AI/machine learning, digital payments, Canadian payments modernization, digital currencies, RPA) will impact and drive required process transformation and new risk governance requirements.
