A one-day experience designed to enable a chief executive or business unit head to thrive in a new role, define a CEO agenda, and plan for success in the first 360 days. Often followed by an Executive Team Strategy lab.
Our approach:
The CEO Transition Lab is a one-day experience built to help you thrive in your role. The agenda focuses on the three most important resources any CEO must manage: time, talent, and relationships with multiple stakeholders. We also discuss the “CEO Story,” a consistent narrative for engaging stakeholders and communicating key themes and priorities.
What you will get out of the lab:
- Define and communicate your priorities
- Assess and develop a talent strategy
- Understand and influence key stakeholders
- Articulate your CEO Story, explaining your vision for the organization, why you are best suited to lead it, and what your stakeholders can expect of you
- Develop a 360-day action plan
