Next Generation CEO Academy

The Deloitte Executive Leadership Institute - developing the next generation of CEOs

The Deloitte Executive Leadership Institute creates an environment in which executives can engage in experiential learning, gain insights from other leaders, and prepare for key aspects of the CEO role. While the Institute requires a commitment of time, this stimulating and challenging program is worth every minute.

The Institute curriculum is based on three pillars — leadership, influence and competence — and prepares participants for senior roles through plenary and team breakout sessions, networking opportunities, knowledge resources, and shared experiences.

Our program is focused on personal development and network building. C-suite executives, Board members and industry leaders will share their insights on the skills and expertise required to succeed as a CEO,  today and in the future.

We will expose participants to the breadth and complexities of the role, helping them to understand a CEO’s internal and external stakeholder map and the expectations thosestakeholders have of successful CEOs.
