Mikkel is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting and Nordic Lead for Deloitte’s M&A Consulting Services, covering the areas of M&A strategy, Commercial and Operational due diligence, synergy assessment, carve-out, separation and post merger integration. Mikkel has many years of experience within M&A, especially within due diligences, carve-outs, separations and post merger integrations, in cross-border as well as national deals on buy-side as well as sell-side. Mikkel has assisted on 50+ transactions and have led 15+ large complex separations/integrations from end-to-end and has a relentless focus on realizing the value case of a transaction.

Mikkel is also leading the Energy, Resources and Industrials industry for Deloitte and have long and deep experiences from working on the key challenges in this industry – from all parts of the energy transition to Industry 4.0. Mikkel functions as a subject matter expert with the utility sector on renewables, power, gas and new energy technologies.
