Dr. Maximilian Habel is a lawyer and partner in the Corporate/M&A service line and joined Deloitte Legal in Hannover in 2018. He advises clients on all corporate law issues, transformations and restructurings, as well as on national and international M&A transactions on both the buyer and seller side.
He specializes in advising clients on transaction processes and the reorganization and restructuring of companies. His legal practice also focuses on providing legal advice to Deloitte Private clients, i.e. medium-sized companies, family businesses, entrepreneurial families and family offices.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Dr. Maximilian Habel worked for internationally active law firms in Hamburg and Hanover in the area of Corporate/M&A. He studied law at the Leibniz University of Hanover and was admitted to the bar in 2013. Dr. Maximilian Habel speaks German and English.
