Simon is a member of FSI Banking in Frankfurt am Main. His practice focuses on the advice of national and international financial institution in connection with banking & finance and banking regulatory (including FinTech and ESG) issues as well as on securitization. He advises frequently sellers, investors and financiers on non-performing loan and performing loan transactions.
