Deloitte advised IKH in legal entity restructuring

Deloitte provided comprehensive operational, legal and tax advisory services to support the client in the design, preparation and execution of the mergers. These included organizational legal structure design, operational Day1 planning and readiness monitoring as well as assistance in the implementation of the mergers including advice on corporate and employment law related matters and rearrangement of business mortgages.

As a result of the process, IKH managed to simplify its corporate structure and create a more consistent and coherent operating model of the stores.

The core project team included Tapio Koivumäki, Taneli Aho, Antti Kiuru, Fanny Wilhelmsson, Salla Holma, Antti Vuoria and Tatu Mäkinen. In addition, other professionals from Deloitte consulting participated in the process.
