Deloitte advised ThoughtWorks in an acquisition

Deloitte advised ThoughtWorks Inc in their acquisition of Fourkind. Fourkind is a consulting services firm that combines machine learning and data science with strategy, design and engineering. The company is established in Finland and in the Netherlands.

We advised ThoughtWorks by providing tax, legal and financial services. The project team included Nikolas Sjöberg, Lars Björknäs, Tomi Karsio, Ilkka Siitonen, Elina Hirvonen, Joose Ahopelto, Kati Heino, Lotta Hankimo, Sebastian Salonen, Tenho Luoma-Keturi and Vili-Valtteri Mäkelä.
