Deloitte advised UPM Raflatac in the acquisition of AMC AG

The Deloitte Swedish and Finnish Operational M&A team acted as the Integration Blueprinting, Day 1 readiness and Post-Merger Integration advisor to UPM Raflatac on their acquisition of AMC AG.

UPM Raflatac acquired AMC AG (Advanced Methods of Coating), a German company specialized in self-adhesives and coatings. The company manufactures self-adhesive information carriers such as films, laminates and paper-based office products. The company also provides coating of paper and other materials.

The Deloitte team advised UPM Raflatac on Integration Blueprinting, Day 1 readiness and Post-Merger Integration related topics helping the client to prepare for Day 1 and to establish readiness to integrate the company into UPM Raflatac. 

The engagement team consisted of Debbie Wrench, Hedda Regefalk, Mats Sarelin, Heikki Jaakola and David Laurent.
