Deloitte advised Colas in their acquisition of Destia

Deloitte advised Colas SA, a global infrastructure construction and maintenance company headquarted in France, in the acquisition of the leading Finnish infrastructure service provider Destia.
Destia has been owned by Ahlström Capital since 2014. In 2020 Destia's turnover was 564 million euros and the company employed over 1 600 professionals. The transaction is subject to the approval of the competition authorities and is expected to close by the end of this year. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Our team advised Colas SA in the transaction by providing financial, tax, human resources and compliance due diligence as well as tax structuring services.
