Deloitte advised Verkkokauppa.com in their acquisition of e-ville.com

We are happy to announce that Deloitte team has advised Verkkokauppa.com in the acquisition of e-ville.com online store, headquartered in Finland with operations in China. The acquisition supports Verkkokauppa.com’s strategy to strengthen and expand the range under its own brands. E-ville serves customers in Finland and the Nordic countries. The deal will be paid in a combination of cash and new shares to be issued to e-ville.

Our team advised Verkkokauppa.com by providing corporate finance, tax and financial due diligence, tax structuring support and advisory services.
