CapMan Infra entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares of Koiviston Auto Group (Metsäpietilä Oy).
Koiviston Auto is the largest bus operator in Finland with ca. 2300 employees and a fleet of ca. 1000 buses. The business is divided into two segments: Koiviston Auto is the market leader in market-based intercity traffic with its brands OnniBus.com and OnniBus Flex and has a strong position in the contract-based urban bus transportation business.
Deloitte provided financial and tax vendor due diligence services for Koiviston Auto and its owners in the transaction.
