Deloitte advised MariaDB in its NYSE listing via combination with Angel Pond Holdings Corporation

We are pleased to announce that the tax team of Deloitte Finland advised the fast-growing, popular open-source database software company MariaDB in its merger with Angel Pond Holdings Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange-listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The transaction implies a pro forma MariaDB enterprise value of approximately 672 million dollars (approximately 598 million euros).
