SAP solutions – transform IT project delivery to creation of business value

Updated 5.5.2021  – It has been already over 20 years since I started my working career. After having worked in various different roles in IT consulting industry in both Finland and Denmark, it was evident that in many cases there was still a gap between the development ideas business had and the IT solutions that were supposed to fulfill those ideas.

I have now been part of the Deloitte team since beginning of 2019 and I am responsible for SAP capability in Finland. For us it is very important that our technology-oriented teams do not work in isolation, but rather we always build multi-disciplinary teams. As an example, for any transformation program where client is planning to utilize ERP solutions, we typically assemble a team with functional (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR), customer and user experience, Change Management and Project Management skills in addition to the SAP and other technology experts.
