Shinichiro (Shin) Uzawa, Workday Certified Consultant
Shinichiro is a partner of HR Transformation in Japan and has more than 15 years of HR-related experience at both a major Japanese corporation and on consulting projects.
Key to a Japanese global client is his cross-industry global Workday roll-out experience.
Shin has hands-on experience managing a Workday implementation and legacy payroll system integration for a global insurance company serving as the Japan deployment project manager, the largest Workday implementation in Japan to date. Responsibilities included managing overall Workday project tasks and new HR service-delivery model implementation for 13 entities spanning 13,000 Japanese employees in Japan.
Shin is currently driving multiple in-flight Workday projects for Japanese manufacturing companies.
