Ryota Seknie specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A and reorganization transactions including PMI activities. He also handles a wide range of corporate matters including advising on corporate governance and group governance.
In particular, in recent years, he has encountered the issue that many companies are facing of a shortage of legal human resources due to the expansion of the business of their legal departments. He has implemented and developed comprehensive support services/outsourcing services for legal functions by comprehensively coordinating and collaborating with corporate legal departments to gain a deeper understanding of the business and operational challenges of each corporate group.
