Tsutomu advises domestic and international clients on a variety of legal matters. He has a distinctive experience at a government-affiliated company where he was involved in financing, introducing corporate governance and dealing with electricity deregulation. In the United States, he provided advice mainly to Japanese automotive companies on establishing subsidiaries and employment- and immigration-related issues.
He is focusing on:
