Hiroki Yamakawa

During his over 30-year service at the NTA, Mr. Yamakawa assumed key positions such as Director of the Office of Mutual Agreement Procedures and Director of the Large Enterprise Examination and Criminal Investigation Department. He was participated in the establishment of the OECD’s international guidelines on transfer pricing. He also led transfer pricing audits as the director of the Transfer Pricing Division at the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau.
