We believe to achieve equity in organisations, it requires a culture transformation. Existing paradigms need to be challenged, the definition of success needs to redefined and the infrastructure of HR processes and systems need to be adapted to make it congruent to the equitable organisation. To activate these, our services include:


Inclusive Leadership Program: Assess and develop inclusive leaders through our program built around our Inclusive Leadership Assessment to get insight into what daily behaviours they can change to advance diversity, practice inclusion and achieve a more equitable organisation

DE&I Maturity Assessment: Evaluate the maturity of DE&I across your organisation using diagnostics to assess the congruency between the story you tell, the way of working and the infrastructure of policies, systems and processes

Strategy and Roadmap Lab Session: Build a DE&I strategy and build a plan of action based on where you are now (e.g., total rewards, recruitment and onboarding, performance cycles)

Organisational Culture Transformation: Apply culture diagnostics to identify sustained patterns of behaviour, challenge assumptions, redesign and implement talent processes and change behaviours that stand in the way of becoming an equitable organisation.
