Martin Chlebec is a Director in the Tax & Legal business of Deloitte in Slovakia. He has been working in tax and accounting advisory since 2009 and joined the Deloitte team in 2011.
Martin specialises in tax M&A, corporate tax law, international taxation, and due diligence. He has comprehensive experience in assisting corporate restructurings, business acquisitions, reorganisations and disposals regarding the tax and accounting consequences. His clients include major Slovak and international companies working across a range of industries.
Martin is a licensed Slovak tax advisor and a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors.
