Veronika Hrašková

Veronika is a Director in Consulting. She has over 30 years of experience in information technology and banking, including banking sector transformations. In the last 15 years, she has led comprehensive transformation projects from core systems replacement to full transformation of banking operating models. At Deloitte Central Europe, she leads a team responsible for changes to operating models of banks covering end-to-end, which requires a holistic approach and specific understanding of the needs and culture at individual banks.
