(Marwin), a third-generation, family-owned and operated, specialty access building products manufacturer and distributor based in West Columbia, South Carolina, in its sale to Validor Capital LLC (Validor), a Boca Raton, Florida-based private equity firm. The transaction closed May 10, 2017.
