Blaine Woodcock

As Strategy & Transformation Officer, Blaine is focused on enabling the firm’s strategy and transformation, helping improve the way the firm is functioning at the core, allowing us to provide the greatest impact on our clients, people and communities. He also continues to serve as the Global Lead Client Service Partner for the Government of Ontario. Blaine was previously the National Portfolio Leader for Deloitte Canada’s Strategy, Analytics and M&A practice, where he also serves as a Partner focusing on public sector strategy and innovation.

Blaine currently sits on the Boards of Directors for both the Toronto Region Board of Trade and the Public Policy Forum. He has served as an Advisor to three Senior Cabinet Ministers in the Government of Canada, holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario and Baccalaureate of Social Sciences with a concentration in Political Science from the University of Ottawa. In 2018, Blaine was named one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40.
