As leader of our National Public Sector Transformation practice and our Regulatory Modernization offering, Brandon and his teams advise board members and c-suite executives at leading government and public purpose organizations across Canada.

His focus is on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, from strategy development and executive alignment through program management, operating model design, and change management. Based in Toronto, his 15+ years of experience includes standing up new federal and provincial organizations through a highly collaborative approach that builds stakeholder alignment, drives decision-making, and promotes sustainable change.
