Brian Stewien

A partner in the M&A Value Creation Services practice, Brian has over 20 years of experience helping clients to create and accelerate enterprise value. He currently leads the Private Equity Portfolio Company national practice, and works with strategic and financial sponsors across the mergers and acquisitions life cycle.

He specializes in rapidly identifying and executing practical and sustainable performance improvement initiatives that drive EBITDA, maximize cash flow, and increase productivity and operational efficiencies. His key areas of proficiency include strategy and market studies, revenue and margin growth, cost reduction, and working-capital optimization.

Brian has delivered more than 95 performance-improvement projects worldwide, advising C-suite executives in private and public companies, public sector organizations, and private equity funds and their portfolio companies across various industries in North and South America, Africa, and Asia.
