Bruno is a Partner in the Canadian National Transfer Pricing practice based in Montreal, and part of Deloitte’s global network of transfer pricing professionals. Bruno has close to 20 years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing across a variety of industries, including mining & metals, aerospace, consumer, technology, manufacturing, media, and life sciences, among others. His fields of competence include transfer pricing planning and optimization, dispute resolution, compliance, due diligence, and consulting, with a specific focus on the valuation of intangibles, business model structuring, and controversy.
Bruno serves all nature of clients with cross-border tax and business needs, from growth companies to well-established public corporations, both outbound and inbound. He advises Canadian corporate clients in developing structuring and expansion strategies, including setting up operations internationally. He also advises foreign multinationals with investments and operations in Canada.
Bruno has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and has completed the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) program. He is a native Brazilian fluent in English, French, and Portuguese.
