Carine Michel

Serving as Managing Partner for Consumer at Deloitte, Carine is responsible for the following Consumer sectors: Retail Wholesale & Distribution, Transportation, Hospitality & Services, Consumer Package Goods and Automotive. She sets the overall strategic direction and go-to-market strategies that enable clients to deliver world-class services, while strengthening partnerships with priority alliances and providing generative AI perspectives and solutions.

She held various leadership positions at Deloitte including Vice-Chair, Consulting’s National Clients & Industries Leader and Regional Marketplace Leader. She is also a valued member of the Service Partnership Council, where she actively contributes to Deloitte’s strategy, innovative solutions and best practices within the organization.

Carine has close to three decades of global experience in consulting, supporting senior executives embarking on their technology enabled business transformation. Known for her high-energy approach and growth result-oriented mindset, she has a keen understanding of evolving market needs and leverages this knowledge to help her clients gain a competitive advantage.
