Christine Charbonneau

Christine is an experienced leader in our Operate Finance practice. She has over 20 years’ experience working in senior finance leadership roles with Crown Corporations, federally-funded organizations and private sector companies, helping businesses grow and succeed by providing comprehensive accounting and finance operations, systems implementation, and business advisory services. In addition to having responsibility for core corporate functions, she has led several transformations of the finance function’s operating model, processes and technologies, including the implementation of ERP systems and grant management systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Christine is a leader who embraces change and innovation, and continuously seeks to maximize the value that finance brings to an organization.
