Francis is the National Manufacturing Strategy & Smart Operations practice leader out of the Supply Chain consulting practice, based in Montreal. He has over 18 years of experience in consulting with focus on manufacturing strategy, operations excellence / Smart Factory and Supply Chain throughout the Energy, Resources and Industrial Products (ER&I) industry such as utilities, mining, oil & gas, heavy maintenance, and most notably Aerospace & Defense. He also has vast experience in the Consumer Products Industry. His main areas of expertise include large & complex business transformations, Industry 4.0 Transformation, Operations Strategy (manufacturing and transportation network optimization), Process Reengineering, Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence, Factories Design & Implementation, MRO and maintenance activities improvement, Inventory Management, Direct Sourcing, Master Data Management and Program Management. He has extensive experience working with manufacturing clients having advised major clients on key operational decisions such as Digital Transformation.
