Ivayla Macdonald

Ivayla is a Partner in Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk, and Transactions group, where she leads the Modelling & Insights practice. She is also the Transactions insurance sector leader.

Through her work, Ivayla assists clients in their decision-making journey and in solving complex business, data, and transaction issues by providing technical modelling support, as well as key value insights and advice. She has extensive experience in providing advisory services for a variety of purposes, including strategic options analysis, transactions, and financial planning and analysis.

Ivayla’s expertise encompasses a wide array of industries, including financial services, technology, mining and consumer. She has experience working on both domestic and international projects, including in the Caribbean, Japan, the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Ivayla’s clients include global multi-national corporations and some of the largest companies in the world, as well as many significant domestic institutions.
Ivayla is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Business Valuator, a Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a B.Com from the Queen’s School of Business. She has a working proficiency in French and Bulgarian.
