Jakub Uziak

Jakub is a partner with Deloitte’s National Transfer Pricing team in Canada and is the National Value Chain Alignment Leader. Jakub has practiced in the field of transfer pricing since 2006, assisting numerous multinational companies across various industries in establishing and defending their transfer pricing policies.

Jakub has led the development and implementation of value chain alignment models for a number of leading Canadian headquartered technology and consumer business companies. His expertise includes the design of intellectual property, supply chain and distribution models for Canadian companies expanding internationally and the development of new transfer pricing policies for companies undergoing significant business transformations, including post-merger integration. Jakub holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Queen’s University, Canada.
